Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by phone or email with your order details.
✅ If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, we will not charge any cancellation fee. -
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.
💵 Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
We do not provide cash refunds for products once sold.
However, if your order was cancelled before dispatch and payment was already made, you are eligible for a refund. -
Mode of Refund:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) or as agreed with you. -
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days. The time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
📦 Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a credit note as per our Return Policy.
🚫 Non‑Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Product returned without original packaging or invoice.

Electrical/electronic items that have been installed or used.

Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
