✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be:
✔️ Unused and in its original condition
✔️ In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
✔️ Accompanied by the original purchase invoice
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange once sold:

Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed or used

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
🔄 Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product:

Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of purchase.

Bring the product along with the original invoice to our store at:

Once inspected and approved, you can select another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference, if any).

We do not offer cash refunds.

If eligible, we will provide a credit note which you can use for your next purchase.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase/delivery) along with proof (photo or video).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or guide you for warranty claims (if applicable).
